Live, in-person: The Road LEAST Travelled

'John, it's in your genes'.

I'd lived with it for more than 30 years. They had to be right.

But they weren't...

The question was; 'If that wasn't in my genes, then what else have we been taught to believe is genetic, when it isn't?'

Turns out that, mostly, we've been convinced into who we've become. It's not genetic!

Importantly, this means that nobody's stuck on the road most travelled, unless that's what they continue to choose—because it's all they've ever known. 

HOW IS THIS RELEVANT TO YOUR BUSINESS?

Individuals, collectively, make or break a business. Given that, almost without exception, we're all caught up in self-defeating patterns, this means that your business is at risk, regardless of how qualified, or competent, your people. 

Pressure introduces us to our limits, as individuals, and businesses.  Conventional businesses accept these limits, without fully appreciating the opportunity they're missing—to set themselves apart by stepping onto The Road LEAST Travelled.
