GENERATIONAL DYSFUNCTION

Most of us are aware of the idea that we're unlikely to rise above the station we've been convinced into believing we're worth. We're aware of it, but very few of us have taken it seriously. If we had, we'd have done whatever we could to deconstruct and recalibrate our dysfunctional beliefs.

Otherwise, despite us hoping otherwise, we're stuck with a self-fulfilling prophecy—a Default Intelligence, or DQ—which isn't even of our own making. 

We've inadvertently left our destiny in other people's hands.

BUT HERE'S THE REAL CATCH

When you bring together a bunch of self-limited people, you're building a self-limiting, dysfunctional business—regardless of its people's collective qualifications.

Unless you put in the effort to help your people re-imagine and recalibrate their lives, your business will never exceed the station which its people have unknowingly—and collectively—imposed on it.
